Elite Properties provides you the homeowner personal and professional care of your property for your peace of mind that your property is properly cared for. We understand that maintenance is an ongoing issue with all properties and as such we are here to help whether it’s a minor repair or a full scale emergency. We take great pride in presenting your property to its fullest potential, understanding the value it holds for you both personally and financially.

This Service Includes:

  • Listing Your Property
  • A Welcome Booklet (General information about the property, local area, sights and attractions)
  • Notices (We provide signs for your property of any special requirements which the Property dictates i.e. toilet paper in bins etc.)

Once all this is in place and your property is ready to rent out to clients whether it is short or long term, the following includes:

  1. Key Management (All keys managed and held within secure premises)
  2. Inventory Preparation and Regular Checks (Ensure safe keeping of your belongings)
  3. Coordination of all Arrivals and Services
  4. Checking Utilities Between Guests (Checking all appliances. Reading and recording Meters)
  5. Cleaning
  6. 24/7 On-Call Service (For you the homeowners and your guests in case of any Emergencies)
  7. Standing Orders Setup for Utility Bills.
  8. Written Monthly Reports and Coordination with Developers
  9. Monthly Property Inspection
  10. Provide all Guest Services (Providing of welcome pack, arranging airport pick-ups and car Hire, Meet and greet at the property (all paid separately), Being available for emergencies and general assistance)
  11. Rental/Letting Fees Short-Term Holiday Bookings 10% of booking fee for property management clients And 15% for non-property management clients Long-Term Bookings 2 months rent taken before commencement of tenancy 1st months rent taken as a finders fee 2nd months rent held as deposit refundable at end of Tenancy providing property has been looked after
  12. Rent Collection (We personally collect rent for your property and deposit the money In your bank account at 5% fee on the rent amount /NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CLIENTS )
  13. Baby Furniture (baby cots, high chairs, etc available for hire)
  14. Guest Welcome Pack (Made to order)
  15. Airport Pick-up (Can be arrange from Paphos Airport and Larnaca Airport)
